Position Summary: Our Facilities Partner will be responsible for assisting the Lead Maintenance Technician in maintaining the Pittsburgh facilities, including preventive maintenance (PM), emergency response, general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems, and HVAC systems. The colleague must be able to perform the repair, maintenance, restoration, and replacement of various building operational components independently and with team support. Documents all work in CMMS and participates in the “On-Call” duties of providing any hours maintenance support. Interested individuals must be able to work in a fast paced & multifaceted environment.
