Job description

The Service and Team Providing expert technical and administrative support across both teams, answering a variety of private sector housing and licensing compliance enquires in line with legislation/guidance. Providing rota cover on a regular basis and monitoring of mailboxes. Liaising with/advising the Contact Centre, who answer the majority of the Private Sector Housing calls. The Role: Should you be successfully appointed to this role some of your Key Responsibilities will include: Dealing with a wide range of customers including landlords, members of the public, Letting Agents and MP/Councillor enquiries via email/telephone. Dealing with a variety of emails from a wide range of customers and allocating to the relevant teams. Processing HMO applications and monitoring outstanding payments and charges relating to notices served. Delivering technical support (eg, scanning, validation, taking payments, incoming and outgoing post) Maintaining filing systems and dealing with history enquiries and requests for discretionary services.
