Position Summary: The Innovation & Technology Implementation Engineer is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and deploying emerging technologies that improve Stella-Jones’ manufacturing processes, product quality, and operational performance. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this role works closely with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Continuous Improvement, and the OIEC to translate new technologies into practical applications across Stella-Jones facilities.
