Job description

Project Name: The Data Center Colocation and Migration Project TASKS & DUTIES: - Define proper normalization of AppDynamics data (e.g., alert types, severity, and CI alignment). - Define thresholds and filters in AppDynamics to reduce noise and eliminate unnecessary events in ServiceNow. - Optimize ServiceNow alert correlation rules to group related alerts into actionable incidents. - Map AppDynamics alerts to ServiceNow’s Event Management rules and severity levels. - Create the automation rules for incident management and the updates to the Service Maps.
