Location Qualifications: Ghent (hybrid, 2 days in the office) About the position: As a Senior Backend Engineer in one of the AI focused teams , you will help shape the future of intelligent, AI-powered features that enhance how sales teams work. You'll build and maintain serverless event-driven systems and APIs that integrate with third-party services. You'll be responsible for driving technical and product decisions based on your expertise, designing solutions that leverage modern AI capabilities to deliver real value to users. Rather than a monolithic environment, you will help develop an ecosystem of services, as you identify and isolate parts of the system to increase reliability and promote quality. Your decisions will not only have an impact on the way we build our product but also on the end-user experience for all our customers.
