Women & Infants Hospital, a nationally recognized leader in newborn medicine, is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) – NICU to lead our dedicated team across our state-of-the-art NICU and satellite sites. In this influential leadership position, you will guide a highly skilled group of NICU Advanced Practice Clinicians while shaping the future of neonatal care at one of the nation’s premier perinatal centers. As Director, you will: - Provide strategic and inspirational leadership to NICU APCs, promoting accountability, clinical excellence, and professional development. - Ensure delivery of the highest quality care for our most fragile infants—from extremely premature newborns to complex, high-acuity cases. - Partner closely with physician, nursing, and operational leaders to drive innovation, enhance education, and optimize patient outcomes. - Support and advance the hospital’s strategic initiatives around growth, quality, and neonatal care innovation.
