As our Engineering Manager, you’ll guide and develop a talented engineering and R&D team—steering everything from concept to completion. You’ll direct, coordinate, and champion the planning, organization, and execution of engineering projects that push our products forward. Whether it’s refining a hull design, improving a manufacturing process, or launching a new model, you’ll be at the helm. You’ll collaborate across departments to solve manufacturing challenges, streamline processes, and ensure new technologies and designs move smoothly from prototype to production.
