This position partners closely with leadership to deliver comprehensive legal, compliance, risk management, and executive assistance across the organization. The Paralegal serves as a trusted advisor, supporting key functions including contract administration, regulatory compliance, insurance and claims management, corporate governance, and real estate planning initiatives. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex matters while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
