Job description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the development, deployment, and management of our AI Factory, a critical infrastructure that enables the company to unlock value from data and transform healthcare practices through artificial intelligence (AI). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and operating a scalable and efficient AI Factory that supports the company's AI strategy, ensuring seamless execution of the AI life cycle. This is a cross-functional role responsible for driving the identification, working with the Technology organization in development, and deployment of AI solutions across our health plan organization. This high-visibility position will play a critical role in guiding and transforming our organization through AI-powered innovation, ensuring strategic alignment, and delivering measurable return on investment (ROI).
