2nd Shift Sunroof Supervisor We are looking for a Shoku-Cho for 2nd Shift in the Aegis Department. The Aegis Shoku-cho will support the Aegis Department plans in maintaining the efficiency of the productivity, ensuring the safety of the team members, developing continuous improvement activities and implementing any necessary 5S or 3 Pillar activities. General Summary: Perform detailed and complex job functions (i.e., normal course of business activities). Investigate and recommend ways to improve efficiencies of daily job activities.
