Position Description At a Glance: Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join the Power Bus Way Team in Mississauga, ON . The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production of all parts and products, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards. What Will You Do?: - Verify the implementation of all operating procedures on the shop floor and train personnel on these procedures to ensure that specified requirements are met. - Understand and follow all safety rules and ensure that employees are also complying with them. - Monitor the maintenance of production equipment. - Supervise and provide functional guidance to operating personnel. - Supervise production personnel on the shop floor. - Communicate any machine or production issues that may impact output to the Production team and Plant Manager. - Provide suggestions and solutions for production-related problems. - Schedule work as required through the ERP system. - Provide training to all production personnel on procedures, instructions, and forms used in the area. - Read manufacturing drawings and reference part numbers to obtain required in...
