Senior Project & Program Manager JD Project & Program Management, IV Position Summary: The Senior Project & Program Manager is responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing complex, high-impact projects from initiation to completion. This role requires an expert in project management methodologies, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive projects to successful outcomes. The Senior Project Manager collaborates with various departments and leadership to ensure projects align with strategic goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Initiation: Develop comprehensive project charters, scope documents, and resource plans. Conduct feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments to determine project viability. Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Execution & Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and monitoring performance. Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) to track milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
