Job DetailsJob Location: Grand Pacific Marbrisa - Carlsbad, CA 92008Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 HourlyJob Shift: VariedPosition Summary/ Objective: Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager and/or Director, the Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the front desk operation of the resort, assisting with training of associates, providing guest and/or owner satisfaction, and maximizing revenue and occupancy in accordance with GPR standards. Associate will work independently or in a team under little to no supervision. This position relies on excellent judgment to perform the functions of the job. Primary Essential Functions: All associates are obligated to support and uphold the values, expectations, policies, and procedures of Grand Pacific Resorts as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Observe associates while they work to ensure proper owner/guest checking in and out of resort in a courteous, efficient and professional manner.
