Description We are seeking a mission‑driven leader to oversee Strawberry Fields Inc.’s operations, in alignment with Devereux’s mission, to change lives and unlock human potential. The Executive Director plays a critical role in advancing Devereux/Strawberry Field’s mission by leading compassionate and high‑quality residential and community‑based services for individuals with emotional, behavioral, cognitive, developmental and intellectual disabilities. This executive‑level position has full operational, fiscal, and people leadership responsibility, and serves as a strategic partner to Devereux’s regional and corporate leadership teams. This role reports to the Vice President of Operations.
