Job Summary: Coordinates facilities changes and improvements; maintains relationships with various suppliers and vendors of services provided to the facility; communicates changes and improvements to affected facility occupants. Performs activities under moderate supervision. We are looking for a talented Facilities Associate to join our Distribution business in (Elko, NV). Will make an impact in the following ways: - Coordinate facility changes, repairs, and operational improvements - Support day-to-day operations for parts and service teams supporting remote customers - Perform urgent parts and tooling deliveries to customer sites - Coordinate and complete non-stock parts pick up activities - Support building maintenance and facility upkeep activities - Perform HSE-related tasks and maintain compliance with safety requirements - Assist with general branch clean up and operational organization - Support excessive sized inventory movement and material handling activities - Manage inventory activities across 3 remote stocking locations - Perform assorted operational duties as business needs arise to help expedite operations - Participate in parts call-out rotation (one week per mont...
