APPLY NOW AND FIND YOUR CAREER!: Hourly Inspection Position: 1st Shift Pay: $11.50/Hour ($14.50 with perfect attendance bonus) Monday- Friday & Saturday when required Hours - 5:00AM to Finish (2:30 PM Usually) Great Benefits: - Weekly Pay - 401K Offered after 6 months - Insurance offered after 60 Days - Holiday Pay - Nurse on premises 5 Days a week - Nurse Practitioner on premises 1 day a week - Referral Bonuses Key Responsibilities: - Ensure food safety, quality and legality. - At times, may be required to lift up to 50 pounds - Ensure product does not pile up - Inspect meat for defects (bone, veins, skin, etc.) - Assist in other departmental areas as needed - Must be able to work flexible hours - Must be able to rotate positions Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day; free use of hands and free range of arm movement; ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day; ability to safely walk to and in the plant; ability to properly wear personal protective equipment, and any other equipment necessary for certain departments Skills and Knowledge: - Oral Communication - Adherence to company policies and standard...
