What You Will Do: As a System Administrator, Level 1 at Independent Software, you will provide hands-on support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems supporting mission-critical operations. You will assist in managing system infrastructure and ensuring systems are operating efficiently, securely, and reliably. You will support day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring systems, resolving technical issues, and assisting users with system access and functionality.
