Job description

Reports to : Chief Medical Officer Supervises : N/A Salary/Status : Exempt Minimum Requirements: 1. Licensed in the State of Massachusetts. 2. Bi-lingual-Spanish a plus, but not required. 3. Sound nursing knowledge for effective assessment of, diagnosis of, and treatment of psychiatric disorders. 4. MAT experience or interest preferred. 5. Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate with Integrated Care Team. 6. Compassion and respect for individuals with the disease of addiction 7. Knowledgeable in treating addiction 8. Familiarity with multicultural groups, ability to work in a multicultural setting. 9. Prior experience addressing the BH needs of patients with chronic medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension). 10. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; proven ability to communicate with diverse audiences. 11. Ability to demonstrate professionalism and respect; regard for patient privacy is essential. 12. Organizational skills a must. 13. Computer literacy. 14.
