Job Description The Role: The Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) Global Labor Time department is seeking an Associate Program Foreman / Technician - Accessories to become part of the team. This position is responsible vehicle validation and time studies for published mechanical accessory installation service procedures. It involves working closely with the Mechanical Service Information Development Accessory VSE’s, DRE’s and Validation/Labor Time Technicians to ensure all service accessory installation procedures are valid, optimized, and time studied. The position will also require individuals to create timing and analyze Incidents per thousand vehicles to prioritize Technician workload. What You’ll Do: Physically validate Accessory Service Installation procedure and create time studies for those procedures Single point contact for all Labor Time related Accessory PTRs Prioritize and work with peers to schedule technician workload Initiate change requests for service procedures and labor times Take ownership of vehicle program in labor time space from start to finish Identify errors and possible optimizations within service procedures Create and document feedback to Mechanical Ser...
