Overview The Store Manager is responsible for leading daily store execution through strong people leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to driving team performance. This role partners closely with the General Manager to translate strategic priorities into action, ensuring the team is aligned, accountable, and focused on delivering business results. The Store Manager leads by example, empowers employees through coaching and development, and ensures the store operates efficiently, visually inspires customers, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Please note this posting is for our Miami World Center location downtown/near Bayside. Employee parking is paid by employer.
