AV/Event Onsite Support Technician

Milestone Technologies is looking for a technician with a passion for live events, audio-visual experience, and a commitment to program excellence to join our Event Operations Team. The Event Operations Team provides comprehensive event production services, including technical coordination, presentation setup and support, AV/VC services, streaming, and management. Responsibilities: •Review client requests and provide technical direction for the planning, scheduling, and, delivery of services •Operate PTZ cameras, video switchers, digital audio mixers, and Crestron routing systems‚ for large and medium scale events •Manage streaming encoding and quality during live events, trim and deliver recorded events •Act as the technical point person during board meetings and high-profile conference calls •Oversee vendor technicians on larger scale events •Train incoming vendor and Helpdesk technicians on events best practices •Contribute to documentation of on-site equipment and protocols Skills: •Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical support of large events •Experience owning an event end to end from event request to technical execution •Operational experience with event production equ...
