Batteries Plus is hiring a Franchise Business Consultant to support a West Coast territory of franchise-owned stores. In this strategic field leadership role, you'll partner directly with franchise owners to drive operational excellence, increase sales, and improve profitability. What You'll Do: - Partner with franchise owners to improve operational execution, sales performance, and profitability. - Conduct store visits, review key performance metrics, and create action plans that drive measurable results. - Train and coach store leadership on company programs, operational standards, and best practices. - Collaborate with internal teams to implement new initiatives and ensure alignment with brand goals. - Analyze P&L statements and other performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. - Provide ongoing guidance, development, and support to strengthen leadership within each franchise. - Promote community engagement, uphold compliance, and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment.
