As part of our development plan, we are looking for a dedicated People Country Manager in the Netherlands. Reporting to the Head of People Country Management, you will work closely with the wider International People function and support the local QBE entity (part of QBE European Operations) to provide high quality, practical support to leaders on People matters, processes and compliance. The position is based in the Netherlands, Amsterdam. Your new role: You will lead the delivery of the Netherlands People agenda, partnering with local leadership to build capability, strengthen culture, and ensure compliant, efficient People operations.
