Hendrick Automotive Group Location: 6000 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28212 Summary: The Wellness Center Coordinator supports the development and execution of a comprehensive employee well-being strategy, partnering closely with leadership to enhance employee experience and organizational performance. This role is responsible for managing and driving wellness initiatives from concept through implementation, using data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and strong project management to deliver impactful and scalable programs across a diverse workforce. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities but may lead cross-functional project team formed for special projects and wellness initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Program Development & Strategy Support: Partner with leadership to support the development and evolution of the company’s health and wellness strategy. Contribute to the design of holistic well-being initiatives, including physical health, mental health, nutrition, and stress management.
