Classification Title: MUSCULOSKELETAL RADIOLOGIST Classification Minimum Requirements: At the time of application, candidates must: - Hold an M.D. or D.O. degree - Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology - Be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Florida prior to employment Job Description: The Department of Radiology at the University of Florida is recruiting a radiologist at the rank of Clinical Assistant, Associate, or Professor for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position. Primary clinical responsibilities will be based at UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. This position will provide comprehensive coverage in Musculoskeletal Radiology within a high-volume academic and tertiary care environment. UF Health Shands is a Level I Trauma Center and major referral center with full subspecialty representation and advanced imaging capabilities. Responsibilities include: Musculoskeletal radiologists primarily practice at a free-standing outpatient center supporting busy Orthopedic Oncology, Sports Medicine, Upper Extremity, and Joint Reconstruction programs, with frequent face-to-face collaboration with orthopedic faculty.
