About This Role: As a Spa Coordinator/Key Holder, you're the first and last impression of our spa. You open and close the building, welcome guests into our world, help them choose the right services, and ensure they leave already thinking about their next visit. When something goes sideways, you handle it. When the team needs direction, you provide it. This is a leadership position.
