Java React Developer - ( CREQ250265 ) Description Expertise in React.js and its core principles, including React Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux). Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Familiarity with observability tools (monitoring, logging, tracing). Proven leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, and motivating technical teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
