POSITION SUMMARY: The Lead Paralegal, Healthcare Transactions is an individual contributor who performs general legal review and analysis, and provides advice on a variety of matters in a busy, high-performing legal department within a cutting-edge molecular diagnostics company. This position will have a focus on supporting research activities performed under Attorney oversight. Experience in drafting commercial and research agreements is a must.
