Description JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Associate represents mortgage lenders and investor clients in complex commercial and residential foreclosure, title disputes, and real estate litigation matters throughout Texas. This role includes handling both routine and contested matters, making appearances in state and federal court, developing case strategy, drafting pleadings, and negotiating resolutions. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in Texas default servicing, including non-judicial foreclosure, judicial foreclosure, and deceased debtor matters, and is capable of independently managing a high-volume, complex caseload. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage case load of contested matters on behalf of residential and commercial mortgage lenders and investors. - Appear in court and argue motions necessary to the successful completion of both routine and contested foreclosure, eviction, title disputes, HOA/COA disputes and other matters. - Communicate with clients regularly for updates and case resolution. - Analyze loan files, title reports and other client documents.
