Assistant Practitioner | 9920 | temporary contract to cover maternity leave (secondment opportunity) | 37 hours per week | £32,061 to £33,699 per annum | Grade G | Norfolk We are looking for maternity cover for an Assistant Practitioner position in the Supported Living and Residential Team. We are a countywide team within Norfolk and also do out of county visits. We review adults with learning disabilities in Residential and Supported Living settings. We work closely with Commissioning, Procurement and Integrated Quality Service Team to ensure good quality levels of care are carried out by providers. Our team is experienced with working with complex cases, have a sound knowledge of the Care Act (2014), Mental Capacity Act (2005) and Safeguarding, as well as excellent time management and IT skills. Any new staff are supported to develop a thorough working knowledge of Norfolk County Council processes and procedures. Our team of Social Workers, Assistant Practitioners and Occupational Therapists use the Care Act (2014) to assess and provide support to adults living in the community.
