Position Title: Director, Hyperscale Leasing & Development Location: New York, NY Your role: The Director, Hyperscale Leasing & Development serves as the business lead for assigned hyperscale development projects, with responsibility for lease negotiation, deal structuring, and development oversight. This role focuses on driving successful commercial outcomes across the full lifecycle of complex hyperscale developments. Partnering closely with leasing, development, acquisitions, capital markets, and legal teams, this individual ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with commercial and ownership objectives. This role does not perform construction or project management, but provides leadership, coordination, and accountability from a business and asset management perspective.
