The opportunity: We are looking for individuals with a passion for tax and applying it a fast-paced, commercial setting to join our market leading international tax and transactions practice. We are a dynamic, diverse and energetic team that is looking to grow. As a Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert tax structuring, tax advisory, due diligence and other transaction support to a diverse range of clients, including private equity, large multinationals and managed funds across a broad range of sectors such as healthcare, real estate, infrastructure, technology, consumer and life sciences. You will also be at the forefront of addressing the international and domestic aspects of income tax and advising on critical income tax matters for corporates, trusts and partnerships.
