Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Risk Guardian with a strong focus on Internal Controls and Risk Management to join our Guardians Team Guardians ensure that the company operates in accordance with legal requirements, shareholders’ compliance guidelines, and internal policies, while preserving business agility and sustainable growth. Risk Guardians, as part of this team, are responsible for designing, embedding and monitoring risk management. This role has a strong emphasis on Internal Controls, embedded within an enterprise-wide risk management approach. Internal Controls: Design, implement, and continuously improve an enterprise wide internal control framework, ensuring controls are effective, proportionate, and aligned with business objectives. Risk Assessments and Controls: support risk management strategies and contribute to defining, document, and maintain key controls across operational, financial, IT, compliance, and human capital processes, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
