MSR Superintendent II –: The Superintendent is responsible for independently completing property inspections and preparing repair bids based on Main Street Renewal [MSR]standards and Directives utilizing approved pricing to facilitate the acquisition process for MSR homes. This process can also involve soliciting bids for nonstandard items not subject to unitized pricing in the inspection app. The Superintendent leads all aspects of the rehab process. This could include selection, and will include oversight, of approved vendors/contractors completing the rehab work.
