General Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager - Licensing to join our team! The Account Manager - Licensing will be responsible for managing and expanding our licensing portfolio, ensuring that our products meet brand standards, and cultivating strong relationships with our licensing partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a keen understanding of the fashion and apparel industry. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site five days per week. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive licensing strategies to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential licensing partners - Negotiate licensing agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms - Ensure all licensed products meet Steve Madden Brands’ quality standards and brand guidelines - Collaborate with design and production teams to maintain brand integrity - Conduct market research to identify new licensing opportunities and trends - Analyze competitive landsc...
