Job DetailsJob Location: Hyatt Place Hyatt House Lehigh Valley - Allentown, PA 18106A line cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards in a timely manner. They work alongside other kitchen staff, communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations during service. Additionally, line cooks maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Begin food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over-prepare estimated needs.
