About the role: Working in Ecolab’s Healthcare division and based in Mulgrave, we are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager, to join our high-growth, innovation, and market leading business unit on a Fixed Term Contract to March 2027. We provide service, equipment and consumable solutions across a wide variety of healthcare areas including Infection Control, Endoscopy, Central Sterilising and Operating Theatres. Liaising closely with our clients, you will be supporting our Infection Control, Endoscopy & CSSD related products. Key responsibilities will include: Manage customer base and build relationships through professional demeanour, strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge Introduce new product offerings to existing customers Partner with customers to implement best practice processes Provide outstanding customer service, educate customers on ways to improve their patient outcomes and be relied upon as a specialist Apply training to service and trouble-shoot related equipment Demonstrate the use/application of our products in customer facilities Travel within VIC, including the occasional overnight stay.
