About the Role We are seeking skilled and experienced Disability Support Workers, to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team. You will support people with disability living in shared housing, providing various supports including personal care and daily living. The people you will be supporting require a range of support and so, successful candidates should be experienced and confident in working within a varied environment which may include behaviours of concern, high medical needs, high intensity daily personal activities and heavy hoisting and manual handling. The successful candidate must be able to commit a variety of casual shifts in Rosebery, Chifley, Mascot, Matraville, Bondi Junction and Kensington including short 3.5 or 4 hours shifts and sleepover shifts across a 7 day roster.
