Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract until December 2026. We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our small Accounts Payable team within our Global Finance department. This is an experience-led role for someone who can hit the ground running and stay effective in a fast-moving environment. The team is in the middle of a significant change programme, transitioning from Navision to NetSuite, so you’ll need to be highly agile and adaptable — comfortable with evolving processes, shifting priorities, and resolving issues as the new system beds in. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger and invoice processing for FitFlop accounts globally. The Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and employee expenses. Obtain invoice authorisations in line with internal procedures. Support BACS and manual payment runs. Support month-end cut-offs. Maintain and reconcile purchase ledger accounts. Reconcile supplier statements. Raise purchase orders and match against invoices.
