Waverley BMW, part of the award-winning, family-owned Jowett Motor Group, is looking for a Service Concierge who knows how to deliver a premium customer experience from the moment a customer arrives through to vehicle handover. If you’re customer-focused, organised, and enjoy being the first point of contact in a fast-paced service environment, this role is for you. As a Service Concierge, you’ll play a key role in welcoming customers, coordinating their service journey, keeping them informed throughout the process, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the BMW brand.
