Serving as the region’s operational backbone and strategic integrator, they partner with Sales, Professional Services, Learning & Enablement (L&E), and Global ENGAGE to translate strategy into measurable, aligned execution. With executive presence, they drive operational rigour and stakeholder accountability, and leverage automation and AI to reduce friction, boost efficiency, and enable sustainable revenue growth.
