Salad Bar Coordinator

Job description

Qualifications: - Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers. - Keep work station and area around work station neat and clean. - Assist bakery/deli manager in ordering, receiving and displaying all salad bar product. - Rotate all merchandise when stocking to ensure freshness and quality. - Set up and maintain salad bar as directed by bakery/deli manager. - Wash and prepare product for the salad bar. - Take inventory of product as directed by the bakery/deli manager. - Assist and coordinate training of salad bar associates as directed by the bakery/deli manager. - Maintain quality and freshness of all salad bar products. - Bail boxes. - Enforce and maintain the company food safety program. - Other duties may be assigned as needed. - Must be 18 years of age or older - Food Service experience a plus, but not required - Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands - Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis - Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance...
