About the role: What’s in the Box As Associate Director FP&A, you will lead the FP&A agenda for HelloFresh Benelux and Nordics , helping the business translate strategy into clear financial direction. You’ll guide a team of FP&A professionals across multiple countries and entities, shaping how we plan, forecast, and measure performance in a fast-growing, data-driven environment. In this role, you will strengthen financial decision-making, simplify complex models, and act as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, Product, and Production. Your work will directly influence how we allocate resources, manage risk, and drive sustainable growth across the region.
