POSITION SUMMARY: The Staff Attorney and analyzes legal issues, drafts documents, reviews contracts and ensures compliance with existing contracts under the direction of the Associate General Counsel. Analyze the impact and application of federal and state health care laws and regulations affecting self-direction healthcare. The Staff Attorney must maintain knowledge of U.S. Healthcare laws including Medicaid, Medicaid waivers, Stark, False Claims and contract law.
