This is a critical 24-month fixed-term opportunity supporting high-priority customer remediation programs. The role is preferably based in Melbourne or Sydney, with flexibility to be based in other Australian states and hybrid working (2 days per week in office). This is a fixed-term opportunity with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. In this role, you will work closely with remediation, operational, and technical teams to uncover insights, define impacted customer cohorts, and ensure fair and accurate remediation outcomes. You will play a key role in translating complex business problems into clear data solutions that directly support customer rectification efforts.
