Summary of Position: The Managed Field Services Sales Associate is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned book of existing customers and approved prospect accounts. This role does not require independent lead generation. Instead, the associate focuses on proactive outreach, cold calling within assigned accounts, discovery conversations, relationship development, and closing Managed Field Services opportunities. Duties and Responsibilities: Assigned Account & Customer Outreach - Manage a defined portfolio of existing customer accounts and select prospect accounts provided by Granite. - Conduct outbound outreach—including cold calls, emails, and follow-ups—within assigned accounts to uncover MFS opportunities. - Proactively engage decision-makers to expand relationships and identify Managed Field Services needs. - Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships across multiple locations.
