Overview MACNY, The Manufacturers Association is seeking a talented Marketing & Communications Specialist to support a broad range of initiatives. This position supports MACNY’s Talent Development team by leading marketing and communications efforts that increase awareness, engagement, and participation across its career exploration, pre-apprenticeship, and Registered Apprenticeship programs. This position advances MACNY’s mission of connecting individuals with manufacturing career pathways while helping employers build a skilled and sustainable workforce through its talent development initiatives. Collaboration with internal teams and external program partners is essential to both achieving these goals and succeeding in this position.
