About the Role: As the Senior Manager, Risk CoE you will be accountable for leading the Risk COE activities for Corporate Enablement’s 1LOD NFR team. Corporate Enablement comprises Enterprise Finance (including Treasury and Finance Systems and M&A) as well as Internal Audit, Communications & Public Affairs, Legal and Strategy. In this role, you will uplift Risk Theme management and capabilities for Corporate Enablement, drive compliance and adherence to enterprise risk management standards, and monitor and report on risk theme specific risks and controls end-to-end across the Corporate Enablement functions. Additionally, you will be accountable for assisting in the development and maintenance of risk policies, risk documentation and controls, and supports the Division in strengthening its risk culture, simplifying governance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and Group Risk policies.
