Business Controller (FP&A)

The Role We are looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team in Granada, supporting the Group Head of Finance. This role combines controlling and FP&A responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with strong financial expertise, business acumen, and a passion for driving performance in a SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver management reporting , KPIs , and financial analysis (SaaS metrics: MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV). - Support budgeting , forecasting , and variance analysis processes. - Partner with business units across Europe to improve profitability and support strategic decisions . - Build and maintain models and dashboards in Excel and Power BI to enhance financial visibility. - Contribute to special projects such as due diligence, process improvements, and financial tool enhancements. Profile: - 3–5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Transaction Services. - Background in Big Four (Transaction Services / Deal Advisory / Audit) highly valued. - Strong business acumen with both analytical and strategic capabilities. - SaaS or technology industry experience is a plus. - International or multi-country exposure. - Excellent skills in Excel and...
