Position Title Strategic Sourcing Specialist Job Description: Purpose & Scope: The Strategic Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in advancing VHC Health’s supply chain performance through data-driven sourcing, procurement optimization, and financial analysis. Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Manager, this position leverages advanced analytical and Excel-based modeling skills to evaluate spend patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership. The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will work in concert with multiple departments across VHC Health to maximize value achieved through supplier contracts and relationships. This role combines technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and business acumen to ensure a cost-effective, efficient, and transparent supply chain that contributes to operational excellence and high-quality patient care. The Specialist will independently manage large datasets, perform in-depth analyses, and develop executive-level reports that inform sourcing and procurement strategies across the organization.
